Health Anxiety

A little bit or worry about your health is absolutely ok, healthy even. However, if you are excessively worrying that you are, or may become seriously ill, then you may have health anxiety. You may develop health anxiety regardless of whether you are healthy or have a diagnosed medical condition. Thankfully, a range of therapies have been shown to be effective for the treatment of health anxiety.
