Supporting you and your employees mental health
Employees are considered the most valuable asset of any organisation with research demonstrating the active role they play in organisational success. However, since employees are simply human beings who undoubtedly suffer from life challenges; organisations face a number of challenges such as absenteeism, presenteeism, staff turnover, burnout and staff exhaustion, motivational challenges, reduced productivity, increased resistance, and cultural concerns. Unfortunately, the cost of this is multifactorial in nature (i.e., reduced health, financial loss, environmental hostility) and may impede both company maintenance, and growth.
What we offer:
Assessment and Formulation: We offer a collaborative, comprehensive and affordable assessment package to identify factors maintaining your employee’s psychological distress. This process will also involve identifying a suitable therapist to complete a tailored individual treatment plan.
Consultancy
Together, we can identify a proactive approach to help support your team’s mental health. This may include a strategic analysis of your current mental health policies and target areas of improvement.
Diverse Therapies
We provide a wide range of clinical evidence-based therapies from accredited clinicians to promote and treat mental health. Therapies include CBT, EMDR, counselling, and others forms of psychotherapy (i.e., interpersonal therapy) and may be delivered online or face-to-face.
